Re-Entry

Community Supervision of clients who are employed or seeking employment can involve regular check-in updates between the supervising agent and the client on a regular monthly, weekly, or even daily basis.

As the supervising agent, you want to know that your client is complying with his/her terms of community supervision, attending work or showing up at job sites, and appearing in court when required.  In addition, there may be regular treatment appointments that you want to be sure your client attends.  In the absence of costly GPS ankle monitoring devices, proof of attendance at work, treatment, and court may be accomplished with scheduled check-up phone calls and daily activity logs.  However, it is easier, less time consuming, and more evidential to use VCheck24.

VCheck24 can be set to automatically prompt the client to conduct a video check-in upon arriving at any of these locations.  You set the program rules for your clients.  If they want to prove that they can comply with court ordered community supervision requirements and graduate, set the rules for them to VCheck at work, VCheck when they arrive for court, and VCheck everytime they arrive at treatment.  The system saves every VCheck video for review and the continuous GPS tracking will show proof that the client attended and that they remained at the location for the required duration.

Every video prompts the client to state their name, their current location, and read off two randomly generated words (preventing any client from having a friend simply display a pre-recoded video).  You get their voice, their video selfie, continuous GPS tracking, and the assurance that they are adhering to the terms of community supervision.
